SPICY OVEN BAKED CHICKEN WINGS
Steps:
- Preheat Oven for 400F
- Pat chicken wings down to dry. Place chicken wings in a large bowl
- Add 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce. Mix well until all wings are evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken wings out evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Flip each chicken wing and then bake for another 15 - 30 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.

- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and set a wire rack inside. Dry chicken wings as much as possible by blotting with paper towels. Place wings in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together baking powder, salt, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, brown sugar, lemon zest, and mustard powder. Sprinkle the spice mixture all over the wings, tossing to coat evenly. Place wings on the prepared wire rack, leaving a bit of space between each piece for the air to circulate.
- Refrigerate wings, uncovered, at least 8 and up to 24 hours.
- Meanwhile, for the Alabama White Sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cider vinegar, horseradish, black pepper, salt, mustard powder, and cayenne pepper. Whisk in lemon juice to taste. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Bake the chicken wings for 20 minutes, flip, then continue to cook until crisp and golden brown, about 30 minutes longer, flipping a few more times towards the end.
- Serve the wings with the Alabama white sauce

- In a large saucepan, combine the first eight ingredients. Bring to a boil. - Combine spice Ingredients Into an extra-large two-gallon zip lock bag or large mixing bowl. Add separated chicken wings. Seal ziplock and toss the wings to combine the spice and wings-Marinate wings in the spice mixture for 30 minutes or so.
- Preheat oven to 420. Line baking sheet (with sides) with foil for easy cleanup. Top foil with parchment paper.
- Spread chicken wings on parchment paper. Try and make sure the wings do not touch each other.
- Bake wings for 20-25 minutes.
- Flip wings.
- Bake another 20-25 minutes.
- Remove wings from the oven.
- Remove wings from pan. Place wings on a paper towel-lined bowl or platter.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Place chicken, skin sides down, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
- Mix remaining ingredients. Brush half of mayonnaise mixture over chicken.
- Cover and bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. (If chicken begins to brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.) Discard any remaining mayonnaise mixture.

- 1. Mix dry bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper, and salt
- 2. In separate bowl combine margarine and garlic
- 3. Dip the chicken pieces in the margarine/garlic, then roll in the bread crumb mixture and place in a shallow baking dish.
- 4. Sprinkle with the remaining bread crumb mixture and bake until tender 350 F for about 50 minutes
