This is doubly good because the pasta and veggies are marinated with Italian dressing, then drained and a mixture of mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese is added. Super delicious!

Steps:
- Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse with cold water and drain.
- Place in a bowl, add tomatoes, celery, carrots, peppers, onions and Italian salad dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain.
- Just before serving, combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese, then stir in mozzarella and olives.
- Gently fold into the pasta mixture.

- Boil and prepare pasta nuggets as directions indicate on the side of the box.
- Drain pasta and set aside in a large bowl.
- Chop into small chunks cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, and pepperoni.
- Add these ingredients to pasta.
- For the finishing touch add dressing and seasoning to the pasta mix and stir.
- If you prefer more dressing and seasoning use the full amount listed in the ingredients.

- Mix up the Italian Dressing as per the instructions on the package (I usually add a little extra water, but that's up to you). It is also good to use raspberry flavored vinegar.
- Add honey to the dressing and shake/mix well.
- Brown the sausage, drain and set aside (keeping warm, but not hot).
- In the meanwhile place the lettuce on the bottom of a big bowl.
- Top with the tomatoes, both types of beans, green onions and finally the cheese.
- Top the salad with the warm sausage.
- Pour 3 or 4 turns of the dressing over the salad and mix well with tongs. Add more dressing if you like, but be forwarned that a little dressing goes a long way with this salad.
