Mock Jason's Deli Fruit Dip. I've made it and its very close to the real thing. Sometimes maybe add a little less liqueur. But this dip rocks!!

1/2 cup light brown sugar
4 teaspoons Grand Marnier

Steps:

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl until sugar is dissolved.
  • Chill for an hour, then stir once before serving.
  • Makes 1 1/2 cups.

1 -1 1/2 envelope sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

Steps:

  • Mix together.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  • This can be made individually with just a little yogurt and the pudding mix to taste.
  • Serve with fresh fruit.

3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup cold milk
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
fresh fruit, for dipping (fresh apple slices, peach slices, pear slices, pineapple chunks, etc.)

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese and brown sugar, beating till smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Cover and chill at least an hour.
  • Makes 3-1/2 cups.

1- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1-8 oz. jar(s) marshmallow cream
1 dash(es) vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Cut up any type of fruit that you want to serve with this dip, or buy fresh cut up fruit.May also be used to dip cookies, graham crackers,etc.
  • 2. Put softened cream cheese into medium mixing bowl. Stir until smooth. Add marshmallow creme, a few heaping spoonfuls at a time, & mix each time. Continue to add marshmallow creme ,stirring until smooth & creamy, until all is added. Add a dash or two of vanilla extract. stir well.
  • 3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover& refrigerate until chilled,at least an hour.
  • 4. Gather 'round with fruit or other "dippers" & ENJOY !!!!!
