Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a non stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray saute chopped onions & peppers.
- Add chopped ham half way through cooking.
- In a 9x13 baking dish pour in frozen hash browns, spread out evenly.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper or any other seasonings you like.
- Mix in the sauteed veggies & ham.
- Add 1 cup of cheese.
- In a bowl combine the milk, Bisquick and eggs; whisk together.
- Pour over the top of the ham, hash brown, cheese mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top and bake until melted.
- Remove casserole and let stand 5 minutes.
- 3 Points per serving. Serves 12.

I believe I found this recipe on Boot Camp Buddies, but I don't really remember. This recipe is 5 points per serving. This needs to sit in the refrigerator overnight before baking - time is not included in preparation time.

Steps:
- Spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Layer first five ingredients.
- Beat egg substitute and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour over layered ingredients.
- Cover and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
- Bake at 350 degrees (put into a cold oven directly from the refrigerator) for 60 minutes until center is firm.

- Heat oven to 400°F Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
- Cook sausage, bell pepper and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink. Drain.
- stir together sausage mixture, pototoes and 1/1/2 cups of cheese in baking dish.
- stir bisquick mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. pour into baking dish.
- bake uncovered 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- bake 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
- cool 5 minutes.
