Creamy, delicious, and JUST like the Starbucks version, this White Chocolate Mocha Latte will cure all your sweet caffeine needs!

Steps:
- In a small saucepan, heat milk and white chocolate chips over medium-low heat until melted, stirring constantly.
- Brew strong coffee or espresso. (I used my Keurig on the 6 oz setting and made it twice to yield 12 ounces.)
- Divide white chocolate mixture evenly between two coffee cups. Add 6 ounces of coffee to each cup.
- Top with whipped cream, and coffee beans if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

- The first step into making this recipe is brewing the espresso shot. Choose a coffee brewer you like the most.
- Once your espresso is brewing, steam the whole milk.
- Grab a tall glass and add the white chocolate sauce to the glass.
- Pour the steamed milk into the glass.
- Wait 30 seconds before moving on to get those fantastic latte layers.
- Then, slowly pour the espresso coffee into the glass.
- Finish the coffee with a serving of whipped cream. Add as much or as little whipped cream as you like.
- Optionally, you can finish your white chocolate latte with some white chocolate curls.

I created this recipe for my little sister, Abbey, who's a latte fanatic. She was blown away, and drained it to the last drop! This makes one VERY large, indulgent latte, and could probably serve two. Enjoy!

- Combine the milk and cream in a saucepan, and whisk over high heat until hot and frothy. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sugar. Whisk together hot espresso and white chocolate chips in a mug until smooth. If you are making two, pour half into another mug. Top with the frothy hot milk and stir to blend in the flavoring.
