Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups coarsely grated extra-sharp white Cheddar
1 1/2 cups finely chopped radish (1/2 pound)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons drained bottled horseradish
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Accompaniment: celery sticks, crackers, or crusty bread

Steps:

  • Stir together all ingredients with 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper.

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅛ teaspoon white pepper
⅛ teaspoon dried dill weed
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic, salt, black and white pepper, dill, and garlic powder in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.

1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
1 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 (5 ounce) bottle prepared horseradish

  • In top of double boiler over boiling water, combine the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
  • Stir until cheeses are melted and blended together.
  • Add the mayonnaise and the horseradish.
  • Turn into bowl and let stand for at least 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
  • Good served at room temperature or chilled.
