CINNAMON HONEY BUTTER MASHED SWEET POTATOES
Deliciously easy Cinnamon Honey Butter Mashed Sweet Potatoes are a delightful side dish to add some sweet flavor to your dinner.

- Place cubed sweet potatoes into a large pot. Fill with water to cover. Place on the stove and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer sweet potatoes until tender (15-20 minutes). Drain well.
- Transfer sweet potatoes to a large mixing bowl while still hot. Add in butter, honey, cinnamon, and milk. Mash using a potato masher, or use a hand mixer to blend until smooth and well combined.
- Serve hot.

WHIPPED SWEET POTATOES
Steps:
- Slice sweet potatoes into chunks. Place them in a large pot with cold water and let it come to a boil. Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to medium-high. Cook for 20-30 more minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are fork-tender.
- Drain the water and return the potatoes back the pot. Add the butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, vanilla, and nutmeg. Whip the mixture with a food processor, hand mixer, stand mixer, immersion blender, masher, or a fork.

WHIPPED SWEET POTATOES AND BANANAS WITH HONEY

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Prick the sweet potatoes all over with a fork, then put them in a roasting pan and roast for 30 minutes. Toss the bananas into the pan and continue roasting until both the bananas and potatoes are very soft, 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside to cool but leave the oven on.
- When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, scoop out the flesh into a large mixing bowl. Peel the bananas and add their flesh to the bowl along with the honey and 1 stick of the butter. Season with salt and beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until everything is well combined and the mixture is fluffy. Spoon into an ovenproof serving bowl and smooth the top.
- In a separate mixing bowl, use your fingers to rub together the pecans, brown sugar, flour and the remaining stick of butter until the mixture has the consistency of coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the sweet potatoes and return to the oven. Cook until the crumbs are golden, about 20 minutes. Serve hot.

- Add the potatoes to a large Dutch oven and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer or until the potatoes are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes, drain well. - Heat oven to 350°F. Pierce sweet potatoes with fork. Place potatoes in square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Cover and bake about 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes can be easily pierced with a knife.
