1 cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced fresh marjoram
½ teaspoon minced fresh thyme
½ teaspoon minced garlic
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine feta cheese, cream cheese, parsley, lemon juice, marjoram, thyme, garlic, and pepper in a food processor. Process until well mixed; spread will have a grainy look.
