Steps:
- In large fry pan heat oil.
- Add corn and cook until it browns a little. The carmelizing of the corn makes a difference in the taste.
- Quarter zucchini lengthwise and chop into small pieces.
- Chop tomato in small pieces.
- Once corn is nicely browned, add zucchini, tomato and spices.
- Cover with lid, reduce heat, and cook just until zucchini begins to become tender.

- Brown ground beef with onion and drain. Stir in remaining ingredients
- except chips and cheese and pour into greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes then top with chips and cheese.
