WATERMELON STRAWBERRY MARTINI
This Watermelon Strawberry Martini has TONS of watermelon flavor with just a hint of strawberry to make it interesting.

Steps:
- Place the watermelon in a blend and process until smooth.
- Place the ice in a cocktail shaker (might need to shake these in batches depending on the size of your cocktail shaker).
- Pour the watermelon juice and the vodka into the cocktail and shake at least 60 seconds. Strain into martini glasses and serve garnished with watermelon cubes.

WATERMELON, STRAWBERRY AND TEQUILA AGUA FRESCA

- Toss the watermelon, diced strawberries, sugar and salt in a large bowl to blend. Let stand until the sugar dissolves and a syrup forms, stirring occasionally, at least 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes.
- Working in batches, puree the fruit mixture with the tequila and 2 teaspoons of the lime juice, combining each batch in a large pitcher. Stir to blend. Add more lime juice if desired. Refrigerate until very cold, at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours.
- For the garnish: Thread 1 strawberry, 1 lime wedge and 1 watermelon cube onto 6 skewers. Divide the agua fresca among 6 chilled glasses. Stick a skewer with garnishes into each drink and serve.
WATERMELON AND STRAWBERRY MARTINI
Steps:
- Whizz up the strawberries and watermelon in a blender.
- Fill up a shaker half way with ice.
- Squeeze the juice of half the lime
- Add in the vodka, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and 150ml of the watermelon and strawberry juice. (save any left over watermelon and strawberry juice for another cocktail. It will last in the fridge for 2-3 days but will need a stir).
- Shake together and pour through a strainer in to the cocktail glasses.
- Decorate with a garnish of a mini sized watermelon slice and a strawberry and enjoy straight away.

Perhaps watermelon fans already know that a chilled wedge is not the only way to enjoy it. What about drinking it instead? Here, watermelon and strawberries are blended with a little sugar, lemon juice and a healthy glug of rum or vodka. Leave the spirits out if you're serving teetotalers or children. Paper umbrella optional.
