4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
3/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2-1/2 cups carbonated water
Lime slices

Steps:

  • Place watermelon in a blender. Cover and process until blended. Strain and discard pulp; transfer juice to a pitcher. Stir in limeade concentrate. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight., Just before serving, stir in carbonated water. Garnish servings with lime slices.

1/2 to 1 chile pepper, stemmed, seeded and chopped

  • Puree the watermelon, lime juice, sugar and chile pepper in a blender until very smooth.
  • Fill glasses half full with ice, fill halfway with the watermelon juice and add about equal parts (or to taste) of seltzer. Garnish with lime rounds and serve immediately.

1 Can Frozen lemonade concentrate
1 Can Frozen lime concentrate
1 Bottle chilled seltzer or club soda
Lime Slices for garnish

Steps:

  • Puree watermelon in blender until smooth. Pour into 2 quart pitcher. Stir in lemonade and limeade concentrates until completely melted. Cover, refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, fill 10-oz. glass with ice cubes and 1/2 to 3/4 full of water melon mixture. Top with seltzer or club soda (stir to mix) and garnish with lime slices.
