3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
3 cups shredded rotisserie cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups fresh bean sprouts
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped roasted cashews
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained

Steps:

  • Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
  • Combine lettuce and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
1 small onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 cups rice, cooked and hot
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, fresh and minced

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the salt, ginger and pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of chicken.
  • In a nonstick skillet, saute chicken in oil for 2 minutes on each side or until browned.
  • Remove chicken to plate and keep warm.
  • Reduce heat to medium low.
  • Drain oranges, reserving juice.
  • Stir juice, onion and red pepper flakes into skillet.
  • Cook and stir for about 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Bring to a boil.
  • Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat; cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
  • Place chicken over rice; keep warm.
  • Combine corstarch and water until smooth.
  • Gradually stir into skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for about 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
  • Add mandarin oranges; heat through.
  • Pour sauce over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro.

1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar

1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced parsley

1 package (10 ounces) ready-to-serve salad or 4 cups torn lettuce

1/4 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
2 teaspoons canola oil

1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
DRESSING:
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil

6 cups loosely packed torn romaine lettuce
1 cup coarsely chopped sugar snap peas
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup slivered red onions
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1/3 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • Toss lettuce with peas, oranges and onions in large bowl.
