4 cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 cup medium salsa
1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the soup, salsa, mushrooms and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through., Drain pasta; serve with sauce mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

3 cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/2 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
1-1/2 cups meatless spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat the egg, salt, garlic and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; mix gently. , Crumble beef mixture into a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2-4 minutes or until heated through. , Drain pasta; place in a serving bowl. Add beef mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Toss until pasta is well coated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.

This is a cookie recipe that I got from my mother and have never been able to find anywhere else, they are a yummy dark chocolate cookie

Number Of Ingredients 10

½ cup shortening
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream together the shortening and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Stir in walnuts if desired. Cover dough and chill for at least one hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll the dough into walnut sized balls. Roll the balls in confectioners' sugar. Place the cookies 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup All-Bran® Original or 1/2 cup All-Bran® Bran Buds®
1/2 cup whole kernel corn
1/2 cup fat-free milk
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
6 fully cooked, breakfast sausages links

Steps:

  • 1. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.2. In large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients except sausage links. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread evenly in 9-inch pie pan coated with cooking spray. Arrange sausage links evenly over batter to resemble spokes of wheel.3. Bake at 400°F about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
