Steps:
- Cube Velveeta in a microwave safe dish. Add all ingredients. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir well.
- Microwave for additional 4 minutes, until cheese is melted and all ingredients are blended.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips!
VELVEETA CHEESE ROTEL TOMATO DIP

- Start by frying your ground beef up until it is cooked and brown, adding in taco seasoning to flavor. Concurrently, sauté your onions if you decide to, and add the two together. Slice your velveeta cheese into pieces, only in order to melt it more quickly. Put into separate pot and melt on low heat to ensure it doesn't burn. Add melted cheese into a big pot (or crock pot) along with sautéed onions, cooked meat, and salsa & rotel tomatoes. Keep this dish either in a crock pot on low heat or in the refrigerator.
VELVEETA ROTEL DIP

Steps:
- cut cheese into 1 inch cubes and place in crock pot and melt on medium heat. When cheese is almost melted, add undrained rotel tomatoes. In a medium sauté pan brown sausage until done. Add the sausage to the cheese mixture, then cover and simmer until thoroughly heated.
