Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Crumble sausage into large ovenproof skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook until done, stirring frequently. Remove sausage from skillet; drain.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly onto bottom of skillet; top with sausage, VELVEETA, tomatoes and onions.
- Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
