1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
1-1/2 cups 2% milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 package (16 ounces) wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 package (16 ounces) frozen California-blend vegetables, thawed
2 cup frozen corn, thawed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine soups, milk, 3/4 cup cheese, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt. Stir in noodles, vegetable blend and corn. , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake until heated through, 45-50 minutes.

1 small sweet red pepper, julienned
3/4 cup cut fresh green beans
3/4 cup thinly sliced fresh carrots
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 package (3 ounces) ramen noodles
1 yellow summer squash, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fajita seasoning mix

Steps:

  • In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry the pepper, green beans, carrots and onion in oil for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions (discard seasoning packet or save for another use)., Add the remaining ingredients to the vegetable mixture; cook and stir until vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain noodles; add to vegetables and stir until blended.

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup snow peas
¾ cup shredded carrot
4 medium (4-1/8" long)s green onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
8 ounces cooked spaghetti
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, snow peas, carrot, and green onions. Cook, stirring, until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute more.
