1 cup milk
ice cubes
1 cup COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee

Steps:

  • Pour milk into 1-qt. glass measuring cup. Add enough ice to measure 3 cups. Pour into blender. Add frozen whipped topping, dry pudding mix and coffee granules.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into four glasses. Serve immediately.

1 tablespoon instant coffee

  • Pour milk into large glass measuring cup.
  • Add enough ice to measure 3 cups.

  • Add frozen Cool Whip, pudding, and instant coffee.
  • Cover.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.

Okay, so I really like iced coffee, so one day I tried putting it in a blender and this is what I came up with. Very easy and yummy. Enjoy. Note: Prep time doesn't include brew time or chill time on coffee. I brew it for hot coffee one day and take leftovers and put in fridge for this.

2 cups coffee (brewed cold)
3 teaspoons sugar (or equal substitute)
1 -2 tablespoon French vanilla flavored coffee creamer (liquid, I use fat-free)
2 cups ice cubes
chocolate syrup (optional)
Cool Whip (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix coffee, sugar and creamer.
  • Pour into blender and add ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  • Top with chocolate syrup and cool whip if you want.
  • Note: You may need to crush your ice first, depending on power of your blender.

1 -2 tablespoon milk or 1 -2 tablespoon cream, to taste

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
2-1/2 cups 2% milk

Steps:

  • Place ground coffee in the coffee filter of a drip coffeemaker. Add water; brew according to manufacturer's directions., In a small bowl, combine sugar and dry pudding mix. Stir in milk and coffee. Chill until serving.
