PERFECT BROILED SHRIMP (FAST & EASY!)
Broiled shrimp is one of the best ways to cook it! It's easy and comes out juicy and perfectly seasoned. Add breading for an irresistible crunch!

Steps:
- Preheat the broiler.
- If frozen, thaw the shrimp.
- Pat the shrimp dry.
- Mince the garlic. In a medium bowl, toss with the shrimp with the olive oil, garlic, oregano, onion powder, and kosher salt*. Toss until fully combined. If using breadcrumbs, add them and toss until all shrimp are coated.
- Place the shrimp on a baking sheet in an even layer. (You can add a few additional pinches of breadcrumbs if there were places where they did not stick to the shrimp.) Place the baking sheet in the oven and broil until juicy and opaque, about 3 to 6 minutes, until juicy and opaque, rotating the tray as necessary for even cooking.
- Spritz with fresh lemon juice from lemon wedges, sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro, and serve immediately.

BANG BANG SHRIMP
Bang Bang Shrimp, the popular Bonefish appetizer, is easy and healthy to make at home! Crispy baked shrimp coated in a creamy, spicy sauce.

- Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 425 degrees F. Generously coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Set up your work station: arrange 3 shallow bowls in a line (a pie plate works well also). In the first, place the flour. In the second, beat the eggs. In the third, stir together the Panko and salt. Place the baking sheet at the end.
- Working about 4 shrimp at a time, dip the shrimp in the flour, shaking off excess, then into the egg (again, shake off the excess), then in Panko mixture. Pat the Panko onto the shrimp to adhere it.
- Arrange the shrimp on the baking sheet, making sure they do not touch.
- Mist the top of the shrimp evenly with nonstick spray.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until the tops are lightly golden.
- Turn the shrimp over (I find a pair of tongs to be easiest), then continue baking for an additional 5 to 6 minutes, until golden and crisp outside and cooked through.
- While the shrimp cook, prepare the sauce: in a small mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, Thai chili sauce, and sriracha. Taste and add additional sriracha if you'd like the shrimp spicier.
- Arrange the baked shrimp on a serving platter. Drizzle the sauce generously over the top. Sprinkle with green onions. Enjoy immediately right off the plate, or wrap inside bibb lettuce leaves.

- Thaw shrimp according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and thoroughly pat dry with paper towels. Place shrimp on a large rimmed baking sheet, drizzle with 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil and sprinkle on 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Stir to combine then arrange shrimp in a single layer.
- Bake at 450˚F for 8-10 min or until shrimp turn pink and are just cooked through.* As soon as they come out of the oven, test a shrimp for doneness then transfer all shrimp to a serving platter. If they stay on the hot baking sheet, they can get overcooked.
- Combine all of the Cocktail Sauce ingredients, adding horseradish and hot sauce to taste (Add more if you love cocktail sauce with a spicy kick and less if you prefer a mild sauce). Cover and refrigerate sauce and shrimp for at least an hour or overnight. Serve chilled.
