- Place turkey on tortillas to within 1/4 in. of edge. Spread cream cheese over turkey; sprinkle with pecans. Spread each with 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce. Roll up jelly-roll style; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. , Just before serving, cut each roll into six pieces. In a small bowl, combine the celery, onions and remaining cranberry sauce. Serve with tortilla spirals.

- Spread layer of cream cheese on each tortilla. Place turkey on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Spread each with 2 T. of cranberry sauce. Roll-up jelly roll style; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for an hour or until firm. Just before serving, cut each roll into six or more pieces. In a small bowl, combine the celery, onions and remaining cranberry sauce. Serve with tortilla spirals.
CREAM CHEESE AND TURKEY SPIRALS
Steps:
- Place a tortilla on your cutting board. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese all over the tortilla. Sprinkle garlic powder or herb blend over cream cheese. Arrange turkey slices in one layer on top of the cream cheese. Roll tortilla tightly.
- At this point you can cut it into rounds or store it in the fridge until your party.
- If you want to store it, wrap plastic wrap around it tightly. Make sure you cover the ends so the tortilla doesn't dry out and get hard. When you are ready to use it, just unwrap and slice. They can sit in the fridge for about three days before they get soggy. Placing them (wrapped up) in an air-tight storage bag helps keep them fresh.

- Cut each turkey breast horizontally from the long side to within 1/2 in. of opposite side. Open flat; cover with plastic wrap. Flatten into 12x10-in. rectangles. , Remove plastic; top each with 1 teaspoon oil and 1 teaspoon basil. Layer with ham and cheese to within 1 in. of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; tie with kitchen string.
