1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1/4 cup milk
1-3/4 cups (1/2 of 28-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA Potatoes O'Brien, thawed
1 cup diagonally sliced fresh asparagus spears
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Turkey Sausage
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Whisk eggs, dressing and milk until blended.
  • Spray large ovenproof skillet with cooking spray. Add potatoes, fresh vegetables and sausage; cook on medium-high heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Add egg mixture; mix well. Cook on low heat (without stirring) 4 min. or until edge is set. Place in oven.
  • Bake 15 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, topping with cheese after 10 min.

This turkey sausage and spinach frittata is a delicious, low carb breakfast recipe. Homemade turkey sausage, spinach, cheese and eggs cook up perfectly in one pan for an easy breakfast or brunch!

1 tablespoon ghee
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teapoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teapoon cracked red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
4 cups spinach
6 large eggs
6 egg whites
3 tablespoons almond milk
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a mixing bowl, use your hands to mix the ground turkey with the seasonings until well combined.
  • Melt the ghee in the cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned. Add the spinach and stir until wilted.
  • Whisk the eggs with the almond milk in a bowl and pour evenly over the turkey sausage and spinach. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set. The frittata is done when the tip of a sharp knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the frittata rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

1 pound lean ground turkey
2 tablespoons water
5 teaspoons butter-flavored sprinkles
1/2 teaspoon each dried thyme, basil and rubbed sage
1/4 teaspoon each dried marjoram, oregano, cayenne pepper and ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon each garlic powder, pepper, ground ginger and nutmeg

Steps:

  • Crumble turkey into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Shape into eight patties. In a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook patties over medium heat until no longer pink and a thermometer reads 160°.
