8 ounces (224g) block cream cheese, room temperature*
1/4 cup (60g) mayonnaise
1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
1 and 1/4 cups (155g) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 and 3/4 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning*
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 pound fresh lump crab meat*
optional: 2 dashes of hot sauce (or to taste)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (191°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, ground mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using). Beat on medium-high speed until combined. Using a spoon or rubber spatula, gently fold in the lump crab meat. If you used hot sauce, taste, then add more hot sauce if desired.
  • Transfer to a 9-inch (or slightly larger) baking pan, pie dish, or oven-safe skillet. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly around the edges.
  • Serve warm.
  • Cover and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave or in a 350°F (177°C) until warmed throughout.

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound lump crab meat (canned)

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir together until combined and fold in lump crab meat.
  • Spread in a small casserole dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly. Serve with a slice baguette or tortilla chips.

8 ounce package cream cheese (, room temperature)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic (, minced)
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt*
1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ of a lemon (, juiced)
1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese (, divided)
½ teaspoon hot sauce (, or more, to taste)
1 pound fresh jumbo lump crab meat
sourdough bread
crackers
tortilla chips
chopped cold veggies

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in mayo, sour cream, garlic, green onion, Old Bay seasoning, salt, Worcestershire, and lemon juice.
  • Add ¾ cup cheddar cheese and hot sauce and mix until smooth. Stir in crab meat.
  • Spread into a 9″ pie dish or similar size baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve warm, with slices of sourdough bread, crackers, tortilla chips or chopped cold veggies.
  • Leftover crab dip will keep, stored covered in the fridge, for up to 5 days. Rewarm in the microwave.

11 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, finely chopped
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 (1 pound) loaf round, crusty Italian bread

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, onion, mayonnaise, crabmeat, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread mixture into a 1 quart baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. While the dip is baking, cut a circle in the top of the bread, and scoop out the inside to create a bread bowl. Tear the removed bread into pieces for dipping.
  • Remove baked crab dip from the oven, and stir well. Spoon the mixture into the hollowed out loaf. Place bread bowl and chunks of bread on a medium baking sheet, and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, (softened to room temperature)
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon lemon zest, (divided use)
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup cocktail sauce
12 ounces lump crab meat
12 ounces cooked tiny shrimp
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 sliced green onions
1 green pepper, (diced)
Crackers (Triscuits, Wheat Thins, Club) (for serving)

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, butter and mix well.
  • Add the worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, half the lemon zest and garlic and mix again until combined.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly into a large serving platter or a wide bowl.
  • Spread cocktail sauce over cream cheese.
  • Then evenly sprinkle with a layer of crab meat. Then evenly sprinkle on the tiny shrimp on top of the crab meat.
  • Next, evenly sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, green onions and green pepper on top of the shrimp layer. Sprinkle the remaining lemon zest on top.
  • Refrigerate until serving. Serve with your choice of crackers or toast.

4 kaiser rolls
romaine lettuce leaves
2 can(s) solid white tuna, packed in water
1 pkg imitation lump crab meat
3-4 Tbsp mayonnaise (add more if necessary)
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 tsp dill, dried
1 tsp old bay seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl, add both cans of tuna and the package of crab meat. Mix well, breaking up large chunks.
  • 2. Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, dill, Old Bay seasoning. Mix until well blended.
  • 3. Add a few lettuce leaves in each kaiser roll and add a generous amount of the tuna & crab mixture.
  • 4. This is also great as an appetizer on crackers.
