500ml mango juice
250ml Malibu rum
250ml coconut milk
sliced pineapple
limes on skewers

Steps:

  • Put all the ingredients in a jug, mix well and chill. To serve, add ice to glasses, pour over the rum punch and decorate with pineapple & lime skewers.

1 1/3 cups gold rum
1 1/3 cups frozen passion-fruit-flavored juice cocktail concentrate, thawed
1 cup mango nectar
1 cup guava nectar
2 tablespoons (or more) fresh lime juice
4 cups ice cubes
6 fresh pineapple wedges

Steps:

  • Mix gold rum, passion-fruit concentrate, mango nectar, guava nectar, and 2 tablespoons lime juice in pitcher. Taste, adding more lime juice, if desired. Add ice cubes and stir well to blend. Pour punch into 6 glasses. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedges and serve.

2 12-ounce cans mango nectar
2 12-ounce cans guava nectar
2 cups canned unsweetened pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups canned coconut cream (such as Coco Lopez), well mixed
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 cups amber (gold) rum
17 cups ice cubes
Fresh pineapple or lime wedges

Steps:

  • Combine mango nectar, guava nectar, pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice and amber rum in large pitcher. (Punch can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Mix well before using.)
  • Combine 1 cup punch and 2 cups ice cubes in blender and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh pineapple or lime wedges and serve. Repeat with remaining punch in batches.

Cloves
Cinnamon sticks
Bayleaf
Grated Tropical Sun whole nutmeg

Steps:

  • Mix the rum and Tropical Sun Fruit Punch and warm gently with cloves, cinnamon sticks, a bayleaf and grated nutmeg.
  • Strain and serve with a cinnamon stick!

I just created this delicious drink- I have lots of gold rum and banana liquor and had to get creative. Using popsicles instead of a swizzle stick makes the drink fun and adds flavor.

1 ounce rum
1 ounce banana liqueur or 1 ounce creme de banane
3 ounces orange juice
3 ounces pineapple juice
2 coconut popsicles
ice, crushed cubed

Steps:

  • In a shaker, combine all liquids with some ice. Shake until the shaker is cold to the touch.
  • Fill two tall glasses with ice and pour the mixture, evenly, into the glasses.
  • Garnish with popsicles and enjoy!
