3 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter® Spread, spread
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream or 1 cup whipping cream
8 ounces bow tie pasta or 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked and drained
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 large basil leaves, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread over medium-high heat and cook tomatoes and garlic, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
  • Add cream and bring just to a boil.
  • Stir in hot bow ties, cheese, basil and, if desired, salt and ground black pepper to taste; heat through.
  • Serve, if desired, with additional grated Parmesan cheese.

1 (8 ounce) box fettuccine
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 medium red onion
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons basil, refrigerated kind
1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
parmesan cheese, to your personal taste

Steps:

  • Boil the noodles in a pot of water.
  • In a medium-sized saucepan, saute the garlic, onions, and cherry tomatoes in the butter on medium heat.
  • When the ingredients are sauteed, add the milk, basil, cayenne pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Stir the sauce and turn down to low heat. Smash the tomatoes as you stir the sauce to get the juice in the sauce.
  • Keep the sauce on low heat, until the noodles are done boiling. If the noodles are done before the sauce, strain them, add them to the sauce, and stir.
  • Top with more cheese and cayenne pepper if desired.
  • Enjoy!

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Cheesy Alfredo
1/4 cup milk
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 tsp. dried basil leaves

Steps:

  • Brown chicken in 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Add 1-3/4 cups water and Pasta Twists. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 9 to 11 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  • Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add milk, Cheese Sauce Mix, tomato and basil to ingredients in skillet; stir until well blended. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
