1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Add 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, Romano, eggs, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. , Press into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.

1 (12 ounce) package spaghetti
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch garlic salt
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
  • Drain spaghetti and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir until cream cheese is melted and spaghetti is thoroughly coated. Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking pan; put spaghetti on top and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

I originally found this recipe on allrecipes.com and changed it to fit our tastes. This is so versatile. Add or take away what your family likes or dislikes. The recipe should read 2 jars of spaghetti sauce...I apologize the amount hasn't been showing in the ingredients. I use Ragu or my own.

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated romano cheese

2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper
2 (737 g) jars spaghetti sauce
green pepper (optional)
mushroom (optional)
1 small diced red onion
1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey

Steps:

  • Brown hamburger until no longer pink with diced red onion.
  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  • Add 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, Romano, eggs, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
  • Spread ground meat and onions over spaghetti. If you decide to add additional ingredients include with the meat layer.

8 ounces spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese (can also use half mozzarella and half cheddar)
2 ounces crumbled feta cheese, optional
Sauce
8 ounces ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 ounces (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese, optional

Steps:

  • 1. Cook spaghetti (al dente)according to package directions. Drain and return to pan but be sure to remove from the heat. Add butter and stir until butter is melted. Add the other pasta ingredients and stir to combine. Spread pasta mixture in the bottom of a greased 8-inch square baking dish. 2. Brown ground beef with the garlic and onion. Drain grease and return to pan. Add pepper, spaghetti sauce, sugar, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and then pour over the pasta, spreading evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top if desired. 3. 1 1/2 pounds spaghetti
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
8 ounces imported fontina cheese, coarsely shredded (2 cups)
8 ounces Gruyere, coarsely shredded (2 cups)
8 ounces mozzarella, coarsely shredded (2 cups)
4 ounces Gorgonzola dolce, crumbled

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well and spread the spaghetti on a baking sheet; let cool.
  • In a large bowl, toss the fontina with the Gruyere and mozzarella. Spread half of the spaghetti in the prepared baking dish in an even layer. Sprinkle half of the mixed cheeses and half of the Gorgonzola over the spaghetti and season with salt and pepper. Repeat with another layer of spaghetti, mixed cheeses, Gorgonzola and salt and pepper.
  • Bake the spaghetti in the center of the oven until the top is golden brown, about 40 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.

1 Tbsp olive oil
3/4-1 lb turkey italian sausage
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 large red bell pepper, chopped
1 can(s) mushrooms, drained
2 can(s) (15 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1 can(s) (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/3 c red wine
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried oregano
2 c cottage cheese
1 c shredded parmesan cheese
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Cook Pasta Rings in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
  • 2. Meanwhile, In a large deep skillet, coat the bottom with olive oil and add the Italian sausage, onion, red pepper, mushrooms and garlic, breaking up the Italian sausage with a large spoon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3. Add the red wine, crushed tomato and the tomato paste, basil, parsley, and oregano. Blend well. Simmer while the pasta finishes cooking.
  • 4. Mix together the ring pasta and tomato mixture, the parmesan cheese, and cottage cheese until well combined.
  • 5. Spread pasta mixture into a 9x13 glass casserole.
