EXTRA CHEWY RICE KRISPIE TREATS
Chewy, gooey and crunchy, rice krispie treats are a classic that you can't find anywhere but home.

Steps:
- Melt butter and marshmallows over low heat while stirring. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal and stir until well coated.
- Press into a greased 9x13" pan and cool completely.

THICK AND CHEWY RICE KRISPIE BARS
These are thicker than the original Kelloggs bars. The Kelloggs recipe uses 3 T. butter, 6 cups krispies, and about 40 marshmallows..(10 ounces).

Steps:
- 1. In a large heavy bottom pan, melt butter and add marshmallows over low to medium heat.
- 2. Stir constantly until completely melted.
- 3. Remove from heat. Add rice krispies and stir until completely coated with marshmallows. At this point you may stir in chopped peanuts. I do.
- 4. Spread into greased 9x13 pan. Cut and enjoy.
