2 cups stuffing
4 ounces turkey breast, sliced
2 tablespoons cranberry sauce

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 very large slices of bread
2 tablespoons butter
1 large slice leftover turkey
2 ounces pepperjack cheese
2 ounces provolone cheese
2 tablespoons cranberry sauce

Steps:

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread using 1 tablespoon of the butter. Place provolone on top, then pepperjack, then cranberry sauce. Place turkey and other slice of bread on top, butter side out (if you like the turkey to be hot, heat it a little before putting it on the sandwich). Melt remaining butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Place sandwich on the skillet and let it cook slowly until golden-brown on the bottom, about 3 minutes. Flip onto other side and continue to cook until both sides are browned. Slice in half and enjoy!
