THANKSGIVING GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH
A Thanksgiving leftover 'grilled cheese sandwich' where the slices of bread are made with flattened stuffing and the sandwich is full of cheese, turkey and cranberry sauce! Yum!

Steps:
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese into a pan over medium heat followed by 1/2 of the stuffing, pat the stuffing down into something that loosely resembles the shape of a slice of bread, top with 1/4 cup cheese, the turkey, cranberry sauce, 1/4 cup cheese, the remaining stuffing and cheese and carefully press down until flat before cooking until both sides are lightly golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 2-4 minutes per side.
- Enjoy warm topped with the gravy!

Steps:
- Butter one side of each slice of bread using 1 tablespoon of the butter. Place provolone on top, then pepperjack, then cranberry sauce. Place turkey and other slice of bread on top, butter side out (if you like the turkey to be hot, heat it a little before putting it on the sandwich). Melt remaining butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Place sandwich on the skillet and let it cook slowly until golden-brown on the bottom, about 3 minutes. Flip onto other side and continue to cook until both sides are browned. Slice in half and enjoy!
