1 1/2 lbs ground dark turkey meat
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons ginger
3 egg whites
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 cup mushroom
1/2 cup diced onion

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and put into a loaf pan. Back for 45 minutes.

Slice of bread or 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Teriyaki Sauce 1/4 cup
1/2 diced green pepper
2 chopped raw carrots
1 egg

Steps:

  • Mix turkey eggs, carrots, green pepper, onions, raisins, teriyaki sauce, bread crumbs, garlic and onion powder in large bowl.Shape into loaf in pan or casserole dish. If you like lay 3 strips of bacon across top of loaf.Place in pre-heated 400 degree oven and bake for 50 minutes.Take from oven and enjoy.
