1/4 cantaloupe - chunked
1 frozen banana - peeled and chunked
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 c greek yogurt
pinch ground ginger
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2. Chill or serve with ice. You could also add ice to this drink as blending, if you want it more like a slushy.. Absolutely delish!

¼ honeydew melon - peeled, seeded and cubed
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine cantaloupe, honeydew, lime juice and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
4-1/2 teaspoons orange juice concentrate
2 cups cubed cantaloupe
1 large firm banana, cut into 1-inch pieces and frozen
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
2 teaspoons honey

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
