- In a small skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until partially cooked but not crisp. Drain on paper towels. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the coffee, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Stir in beans and onion. , Divide the bean mixture between two 6-oz. ramekins or custard cups coated with cooking spray. Top with bacon. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.

- In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Stir in half the onions and bacon. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish., Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining onions and bacon. Bake, uncovered, 5-10 minutes longer or until bubbly.

- Preheat oven to 325ºF.
- Add beans, onion, and bacon to a 9×13-inch baking dish; mix.
- In a small bowl, stir together ketchup, molasses, mustard, vinegar, and brown sugar. Pour over bean mixture and mix until evenly distributed.
- Place beans in oven and bake for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through baking time.

THERMOS SPICY BAKED BEANS
Steps:
- Add the oil to the Cook and Carry system inner cooking pot over medium-high heat and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
- Add the garlic, ginger and cayenne, and cook for just 30 seconds, stirring, to release the volatile oils.
- Stir in the carrots and apples until they are well coated with spices. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir thoroughly and bring to a full boil. Place the inner cooking pot into the insulated transport container and allow to cook for 4 hours.
SPICY BAKED BEANS

Says the sweetness and fire create a super depth of flavor. It's not strong enough to overwhelm the sweet home-style of baked beans.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cook and stir bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat to render some fat, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir onion into the rendered fat and cook until the bacon is crisp and the onion is tender, 7 to 10 minutes.
- Stir baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, minced jalapeno pepper, chili powder, and mustard powder together in a large bowl; add bacon mixture and stir. Pour the mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the liquid has thickened, 45 to 55 minutes.
