SWEET-AND-SOUR DRESSING
When I was growing up, Dad made this so much it became our "house" dressing. This recipe makes a nice big batch that you can conveniently keep in your refrigerator.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine sugar and seasonings. Add vinegar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in oil and corn syrup until well blended. Store in the refrigerator.

SWEET & SOUR GINGER DRESSING (RAW VEGAN)
This is a quick dressing to throw together and the ingredients are normally on hand. The original recipe calls for honey but you can use your liquid sweetner of choice (I have used agave & date paste & both work well). Hope you enjoy!!
