1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon good quality balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl; toss to coat. Spread out evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until browned, about 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey, mixing to coat evenly.

1/2 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 tsp. grated orange zest

Steps:

  • Cook Brussels sprouts in large pot of boiling water 6 min. or until tender. Drain well.
  • Meanwhile, combine syrup and dressing in large skillet; cook on medium heat 2 min. or until reduced to a thick glaze. Add Brussels sprouts; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.
  • Add orange zest; mix lightly.

20 Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 garlic, minced
1 tablespoon black pepper, freshly grounded (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Steam the Brussels sprouts for 8 - 10 minutes.
  • Prepare the dressing by combining the rest of the ingredients in a small jar. Shake well.
  • Drizzle the dressing over top and toss gently.
  • Note: I usually start with 1 T of oil and work from there. It is just a preference.

1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add Brussels sprouts and cook until slightly tender, about 2 minutes. Drain and immediately immerse in ice water for several minutes to stop the cooking process. Drain.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion and garlic in the hot oil until onion is just tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Add Brussels sprouts; cook and stir until sprouts are tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Mix balsamic vinegar, butter, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder into Brussels sprouts mixture; toss to coat.

4 slices bacon
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup orange-flavored dried cranberries

Steps:

  • Over high heat, bring pot of salted water to boil. Add Brussels sprouts. Cover; cook until tender, 7-8 minutes. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp; drain.
