3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk
1 (6 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
½ cup melted butter
hot water as needed

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Arrange chicken in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk in a small bowl; mix well. Pour over the chicken.
  • Toss stuffing mix with melted butter in a bowl, adding hot water to moisten. Sprinkle stuffing over chicken in the casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

I modified a recipe on the back of a new type of Campbell's soup-- Creamy Chicken Verde, one of their Southwest Style Cooking line. (Verde is spanish for green, referring to the poblano pepper in the soup) Try it, you'll like it!

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can creamy chicken verde soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups cubed cooked chicken (I used thawed, pre-cooked chicken breast strips meant for fajitas)
5 small corn tortillas (cut into strips)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (like Kraft Mexican Style 4 cheese blend, or plain old cheddar)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray shallow casserole or pie plate with cooking spray.
  • In the pan- mix soup, water, garlic powder, and diced chicken.
  • Stir in tortilla strips.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

6 chicken breasts
6 slices mozzarella cheese
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (6 ounce) box Stove Top stuffing mix
1 teaspoon garlic

Steps:

  • Place each piece of chicken in casserole.
  • Lay a piece of cheese on top of each piece (the cheese is better if it is sliced cheese because it melts nicer).
  • Cover the chicken with soup.
  • Add your favorite spices to soup.
  • Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  • Place stuffing on top of casserole.
  • Bake uncovered at 325°F for 1 hour.

This is a recipe I found on the back of a Campbells soup can years ago and have made this recipe many, many times and it is without a doubt a family favorite. Simple, quick and very tasty. Definately a meal to make if your pressed for time( I can usually get it on the table in under an hour from start to finish). In order to make this in a timely fashion, only use boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenderloins. I think these cook up more tender and quicker than breasts with the bone still in. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
6 ounces Stove Top low-sodium chicken stuffing mix
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons butter, to fry the chicken in. add more throughout cooking process if needed
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • On your stove top, melt butter in frying pan and cook chicken breasts until done.Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  • While chicken is cooking combine soup and milk in a bowl and mix together. Set aside.
  • In the same frying pan (just clean it out a bit) prepare the chicken stuffing according to package directions.
  • Once the stuffing is done, place chicken breasts on top of the stuffing that is still in the frying pan. Pour soup mixture over the chicken and sprinkle the cheese over the soup. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium low heat. Not to high or the stuffing will burn. Meal is ready when all the cheese is melted and the soup is hot and bubbly.

1 1/2 c chicken broth
3 Tbsp butter/margarine
3 c stove top stuffing
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup with herbs
1/2 c milk
1 15oz can(s) sweet peas
24 oz chicken tenders
1/2 c shredded cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Combine chicken broth, butter, and Stove Top in bowl and microwave 4 minutes.
  • 2. In 2 qt casserole dish mix: cream of chicken soup, milk, and peas. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3. Cut up chicken tenders into bite-size chunks. Put in layer on top of soup mixture.
  • 4. Sprinkle cheese in a layer on top of chicken chunks.
  • 5. Fluff stuffing with fork and spread over cheese layer.
  • 6. Bake uncovered at 350 for approx 45 mins.

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups chopped chicken
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (16 ounce) bag mixed vegetables
1/2-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package and set aside.
  • Warm oil in pan on medium heat.
  • Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  • Add soup and mixed vegetables.
  • Cook until vegetables are no longer frozen.
  • SPOON into 2-qt. baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture.
  • Layer stuffing on top of cheese, making sure to make it an even layer.
  • BAKE 30 minute or until heated through.
