Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, or pour a small amount of oil, and evenly spread with a paper towel.
- In a small dish, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the almonds with the corn syrup until the almonds are evenly coated; sprinkle on the sugar, stirring to make sure it gets mixed in evenly.
- Spread the coated almonds on the greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until bubbly, and the almonds are browned; remove from oven.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet, stirring to prevent sticking and to separate the nuts.
- Store in an airtight container, if they last that long!

- Heat oven to 300°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, water and egg white with electric mixer on high speed 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture is frothy. With rubber spatula, fold in nuts until evenly coated. Spread mixture evenly in pan.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nuts are fragrant and toasted. Cool completely in pan, about 30 minutes. Stir in chocolate candies. Store in tightly covered container.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 15x10x1-in. baking pan with foil; grease foil. In a small saucepan, combine the first seven ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Add nuts; toss to coat. Spread into prepared pan., Bake 12-15 minutes or until bubbly, stirring once. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Combine walnut halves, pecan halves, almonds, and cashews in a large bowl. Add salt, black pepper, cumin, and cayenne pepper; toss to coat.
- Heat sugar, water, and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until the butter is melted. Cook for 1 minute and remove from heat. Slowly pour butter mixture over the bowl of nuts and stir to coat.
- Transfer nuts to the prepared baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
- Bake nuts in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Stir nuts until the warm syrup coats every nut. Spread into a single layer, return to the oven, and bake until nuts are sticky and roasted, about 6 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
- Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
- Beat egg white in a large bowl with a fork or whisk until foamy.
- Stir in two cups of unsalted nuts until coated (amounts listed are my favourites, but any combination can be used, as can other nuts such as peanuts or walnuts).
- Stir in sugar and spices; toss with nuts until coated.
- Put nuts onto prepared baking sheet.
- Spread out well.
- Bake, stirring often, until golden-- about 20-25 minutes .
- Cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container.

- Mix white sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl.

- Combine almonds and olive oil in a bowl; toss to coat. Spread almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven until toasted, about 15 minutes. Allow almonds to cool slightly.
