- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, chiles, peppers and 1/4 cup Parmesan until blended. Spoon into an ungreased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish., In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, oil and remaining Parmesan. Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired. Serve with chips or crackers.

Steps:
- Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the sausage, cream cheese, garlic salt, Romano cheese, oregano, basil, bread crumbs and olive oil.
- Stuff the peppers with the sausage mixture. Place on a baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes, until the stuffing is lightly brown and bubbly.

- Wear gloves when handling the peppers! Poke peppers and microwave for 3 minutes. When cool, seed and chop. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella and parm cheese. Add peppers last. Press into 13"9" pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Serve with French bread, baguette slices or crackers.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in crackers and enough water to hold mixture together. - Preheat oven to 350. Fry Prosciutto strips for 30 seconts on each side. Stack the fried pieces and cut into 1/4 inch squares. Saute long hot peppers in olive oil until just tender. Mix the cream cheese and mayonaise. Add in black pepper and cheeses. Add peppers to the prosciutto and mix. Place mixture on a 9 X 13 pan and flatten. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a roasting pan (large enough to accommodate 8 pepper halves in a single layer) with cooking spray.
- Combine the ground sirloin, Italian sausage, brown rice, Italian seasonings, salt, pepper, garlic, Parmesan cheese, egg, and 1/2 cup Classico® Tomato & Basil sauce in a large bowl. Mix until combined.
- Divide meat mixture evenly among the green pepper halves; press to compress slightly. Arrange halves in prepared pan. Spoon the remaining Classico® Tomato & Basil sauce onto the tops of the meat and peppers. Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake until the peppers are soft and internal temperature of the meat reaches 165 degrees F, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove from oven. Remove foil and top each pepper with shredded cheese.
