STRAWBERRY PUDDING POKE CAKE
An easy and insanely delicious strawberry poke cake with vanilla pudding.

Steps:
- Prepare the cake mix according to package directions.
- Once the cake is out of the oven, whisk together 2 cups of milk with one of the pudding mix in a bowl.
- Poke the warm cake with a fork 30-40 times.
- Pour the pudding mix over the warm, poked cake.
- In a large bowl, whisk together remaining 2 cups of milk with pudding mix.
- Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over top of cake and decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Allow cake to cool on wire rack.
- Poke holes on top of cake. Puree thawed strawberries with juice in a blender or food processor and spoon over top of baked cake.
- To Make Topping: Prepare pudding mix as directed on package using one cup of milk. Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture and spread over cake. Arrange strawberries on top of cake, if desired.
- Refrigerate cake for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Prepare cake batter as directed on package; stir in vanilla. Bake as directed on package for 13x9-inch cake. Immediately poke deep holes in cake at 1-inch intervals, using round handle of wooden spoon.
- Combine dry pudding mixes and sugar in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk until blended. Add butter. Bring to full boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour over cake.
- Refrigerate 2 hours. Serve topped with strawberries.

Steps:
- Bake the cake in a 9x13-inch pan according to package instructions.
- Cool the cake completely. Do not remove the cake from the pan.
- After the cake has cooled, poke holes in cake (the handle of a wooden spoon works well).
- Pour the thawed strawberries and juice on the cake so the berries and juice go into the holes. Spread them around until the cake is covered.
- Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions.
- Spread the prepared pudding over the berries.
- Spread Cool Whip over the pudding.
- Keep the cake refrigerated for best flavor.
