Getting the right amount of water a day doesn't have to be hard, especially with this deliciously sweet strawberry mint water. It's easy to make and tasty too. All it takes are fresh strawberries, a few mint leaves and some water. So refreshing!

12 strawberries, (sliced)
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/2 gallon filtered water

Steps:

  • Place strawberries and mint leaves in the bottom of a half gallon pitcher.
  • Fill with filtered water.
  • Stir, cover and place in refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours prior to drinking.
  • At the end of the day, refill with more filtered water. You can do this for 2-3 days before having to make fresh.

While making a pitcher of my Strawberry Mojitos, I had a request for one without any alcohol. It seemed to be a hit! You can adjust the taste by adding less or more of any ingredient. Refreshing and light, it's perfect on a hot summer day!

2 large limes, quartered
½ bunch mint leaves
7 strawberries, quartered
1 cup white sugar
3 cups carbonated water

Steps:

  • Squeeze the lime quarters into a sturdy glass pitcher. Toss the juiced limes into the pitcher along with the mint, strawberries, and sugar. Crush the fruits together with a muddler to release the juices from the strawberries and the oil from the mint leaves. Stir in the club soda until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into the sugared glasses over ice cubes to serve.
