A simple refreshing salad, best made just before serving, and when the ingredients are so few it is obviously essential that those ingredients be first class. If you are unable to find a commercial brand of passionfruit and strawberry dressing, Recipe #97938 sounds delicious.

250 g strawberries, washed, dried, hulled and cut into quarters
250 g green seedless grapes, washed, dried
100 ml passion fruit and strawberry salad dressing

Steps:

  • Place the strawberries and grapes into a serving dish.
  • Add the dressing and mix to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 pounds seedless green grapes
2 pounds seedless purple grapes
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
One 8-ounce container sour cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Wash the grapes and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Put the dry grapes in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla. Mix well using an electric mixer. Pour this mixture over the grapes and toss together until all the grapes are coated. Chill in the refrigerator.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle with the brown sugar and pecans.

  • In a large bowl, combine strawberries, apple, grapes, celery and raisins. Stir in the yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Add sunflower kernels and toss.

1 ½ cups golden raisins
1 cup red grapes, halved
1 pint strawberries, sliced
½ red onion, sliced
1 (12 ounce) bottle creamy poppy seed salad dressing
2 (2.25 ounce) packages pine nuts
2 (2.45 ounce) packages sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Mix the lettuce, cabbage, raisins, grapes, strawberries, and onion together in a large bowl; add the dressing and toss to coat. Top with the pine nuts and almonds to serve.

4 cups baby spinach leaves, lightly packed
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled, cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup green seedless grape, cut in half
1/2 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
1/4 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (use white balsamic)
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (NOT imitation)
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Toast the sunflower seeds in a clean, dry skillet until light golden then set aside to cool.
  • Arrange the baby spinach leaves on 4 individual salad plates.
  • Divide and garnish each plate with the strawberries, grapes and sunflower seeds.
  • Prepare the salad dressing by combining all ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid. Shake well. Divide and pour dressing over the salad servings.
