2 ounces vodka
2 ounces pomegranate liqueur (recommended: PAMA)
Champagne
Gold sugar, for garnish

Steps:

  • Gold leaf, for garnish
  • Pour vodka and pomegranate juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with gold sugar and top with a splash of chilled Champagne. Float gold leaf and serve.

1 part orange-flavored liqueur (recommended: Cointreau)
1 splash sweetened lime juice (recommended: Rose's Lime Juice)
Fresh blueberries

Steps:

  • In a pitcher filled with ice, add berry vodka, orange liqueur, and splash of lime juice. Stir. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
