4 oz. Italian turkey sausage
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped red peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 cup tightly packed fresh spinach, chopped
2 Tbsp. banana pepper rings, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook sausage with onions, peppers and garlic in large skillet until sausage is done; drain. Cool slightly.
  • Mix Neufchatel, Parmesan, milk, dressing and sour cream in large bowl. Add sausage mixture, spinach and banana peppers; stir. Spread into a 9-inch quiche dish or deep-dish pie plate.
  • Bake 30 min. or until hot and bubbly.

1 lb bulk spicy pork sausage
1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 bag (6 oz) fresh baby spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (16 oz) pinto beans, drained, rinsed
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz)
Food Should Taste Good™ cantina tortilla chips, as desired
Fresh thyme sprig, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In large skillet, cook sausage, onion and chopped bell pepper over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork is no longer pink; drain. Add garlic and 1 teaspoon thyme; cook 1 minute. Stir in wine; cook 2 minutes or until liquid is almost completely evaporated.
  • Add cream cheese; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until cream cheese is melted. Stir in spinach and salt. Cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly, until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat. Gently stir in beans. Pour mixture into 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake uncovered 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve dip warm with tortilla chips. Garnish with thyme sprig.

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (10 ounce) can extra hot Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
1 -1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
4 -5 scallions, chopped

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium heat on stovetop, brown sausage; drain.
  • Add spinach, cream cheese, and sour cream.
  • Cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring occasionally to keep from burning on bottom.
  • Add tomatoes and cheddar cheese and continue to cook, keeping the temperature at medium heat.
  • When cheese is melted, add garlic.
  • Add scallions.
  • Turn heat down to low, to keep warm, until ready to serve.
  • Serve with chips.

1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped

2 (8 ounce) packages reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, finely shredded
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup light sour cream
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped
1/3 cup mild banana pepper ring, drained and chopped
blue corn tortilla chips or sliced and toasted French bread

Steps:

  • In a large skillet cook sausage, onion, sweet pepper and garlic until sausage is brown, stirring often. Drain off fat. Set aside to cool.
  • In large bowl, stir together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, mayonnaise and sour cream. Add sausage mixture, spinach and banana peppers; gently stir to combine. Spread mixture into a 9" fluted quiche dish or deep dish pie plate.

1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pound mild Italian sausage
1 small white onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 ounces cream cheese
1 10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 cup frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained well
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
tortilla chips, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add mild Italian sausage and diced onion. Cook, breaking up the sausage, until the onion is translucent and the sausage is cooked through. Drain and return to pan. Add garlic and cook just until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add cream cheese, diced tomatoes with green chiles, and chopped spinach. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Remove from heat and stir in about half of the shredded monterey jack.
  • Transfer mixture to an 8x8-inch pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, until bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
