1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails left on
Salt
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 to 1 1/4 teaspoons red-pepper flakes
1 recipe Three-Ingredient Marinara

Steps:

  • Season shrimp with salt. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high. In 2 batches, cook shrimp until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per batch. Transfer to a plate.
  • Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil, garlic, and red-pepper flakes to pan and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add marinara and bring to a simmer. Return shrimp to pan and simmer until cooked through, about 1 minute.

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon hot chili powder
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
1 pint heavy cream
1 pinch salt and white pepper to taste
1 French baguette, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add habanero peppers, and garlic, and fry for a few minutes to release the flavors. Add shrimp, and cook stirring constantly until pink, about 5 minutes. Season with chili powder, salt and pepper, stirring to evenly coat the shrimp. Stir in the cream, and cook over low heat until heated through, but do not allow to boil. Serve hot with bread slices.

1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

1 lb frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined

Steps:

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, in hot olive oil, lightly brown the garlic.
  • Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, parsley, sugar, salt, oregano and pepper and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer sauce mixture for about 10 minutes.
