Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cover baking sheet in aluminum foil, this will help clean up be a snap.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. Your hands will be your best tool for this job.
- Form into ping pong sized balls and place on prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Move to a paper towel lined plate and allow to drain well.

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine the flour and salt.
- Cut in the cream cheese and the shortening into the flour until it is crumbly.
- Add the sausage and begin incorporating it into the flour, using your hands. - can use a food processor to make it easier as well. Add in the grated cheese and work it into the mixture till it is evenly combined.
- Using a mini ice cream scoop, scoop out the mixture and roll into a ball in the palm of your hands. Place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, till they are golden brown. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired, then serve!

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Combine sausage, Cheddar cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, gelatin, egg, and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix to combine using your hands, a stand mixer, or a food processor. Form mixture into uniformly-sized balls (about 1 1/2-inch diameter) and place on the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, 23 to 28 minutes. Remove sausage balls and let cool on the pan until oil is reabsorbed, about 5 minutes.

This is seriously a no-brainer! It is so delish! Great as an appetizer, breakfast item, or brunch dish! I also will freeze these in a large ziplock, pulling them out for a breakfast on the go. They just take a minute or so in the microwave if they're frozen!

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine dry bisquick mix, raw sausage, and cheese in a large mixing bowl. (***mixture will be very dry -- so it's important to allow your sausage and cheese to come to room temperature before combining.).
- Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Form small balls (more like loose clumps)out of mixture, and line balls on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 30 minutes until browned and crispy!
