Got it from a newspaper, and love the different spicy taste. It's great just mix everything up in container. I eat Breton Sesame Crackers and dip vegetables in this. This introduction was posted by the original chef.......I have just adopted it (Feb 2006) and haven't made it yet.

1 (16 ounce) container cottage cheese (Low-fat if you prefer)
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon paprika (or more if you like spicy)

Steps:

  • Get a carton of cottage cheese, dice an onion up, and add paprika and mix in carton.
  • Enjoy.

This is for those of you who would like to include cottage cheese in your breakfast meal but find it too bland on its own. You can also have it as a healthy afternoon snack.

1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons canned garbanzo beans
1/4 teaspoon chat masala (available in Indian grocery stores)
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
fresh chives, to garnish

Steps:

  • In a large bowl combine the first 4 ingredients.
  • Garnish with chopped chives.
  • If you would some crunch, also sprinkle some crushed roasted popadums on top.
