- In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into nine patties. , Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Top with cheese. Grill 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato if desired.

- Preheat oven to 450°. Spritz sweet potato wedges with cooking spray until lightly coated. Sprinkle with seasoning mix; toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a 15x10x1-in. baking sheet. Bake, turning wedges halfway through cooking, until tender and lightly spotted, 30-35 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 teaspoons olive oil over medium heat. Add shallot; cook until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add broccoli; cook just until it turns bright green, about 3 minutes longer., Transfer broccoli mixture to a food processor. Add egg and beans; pulse until ingredients are blended but not pureed. Pour broccoli mixture into a large bowl. Add quinoa and cheddar cheese; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into four 1/2-in.-thick patties., In a large nonstick skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-high heat. Add burger patties to skillet; cook until golden and heated through, about 3 minutes on each side., Serve burgers immediately on whole wheat buns with sweet potato wedges. BACON CHEESEBURGERS WITH SPICY MAYONNAISE

- Preheat a grill to medium high. Cook the bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, turning, until browned and crisp, about 7 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain; break each slice in half.
- Meanwhile, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl. Mix with your hands until just combined. Form the mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties. Press your thumb into the center of each patty to make a 1/2-inch-deep indentation.
- Combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha and ketchup in a bowl. Brush the grill with vegetable oil. Grill the patties until marked and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side; top each with a slice of cheese during the last minute of cooking and cover to melt.
- Toast the buns cut-side down on the grill. Serve the patties on the buns; top with the spicy mayonnaise, bacon and lettuce.
HOT 'N SPICY CHEESEBURGERS
These are great when you're tired of the same old hamburger. We use our outside gas grill all winter long in Maine!

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, peppers& cumin.
- Shape the beef into 1-inch thick patties.
- On the grill rack, place the patties over medium hot coals.
- Grill, uncovered until done (approx. 10 min on first side for a medium and 12 minutes for a well-done).
- Flip burgers and brush often with the BBQ sauce.
- The last minute of grilling place a cheese slice on each burger; heat until melted.
- Serve on the toasted buns.
- These can also be broiled in the oven.
