PUMPKIN SPICE VODKA MARTINI
This is like drinking Pumpkin Pie in a martini glass but with a nice boozy kick. This cocktail has all your favorite Fall flavors. It's time to sit and sip the evening away.

Steps:
- Mix together all the ingredients for the Spice Pumpkin Sugar for the rim.
- Pour 1/4 cup of cold water in a saucer large enough dip a martini glass.
- Add the Spice Pumpkin Sugar mixture to another large saucer.
- Turn the martini glass upside down and dip the rim into the water. Shake excess water off.
- Add all the wet ingredients for the cocktail into a cocktail shaker along with the pumpkin spice.
- Add crushed ice. Shake Vigorously. Pour into spiced sugared rim martini glasses.
- Sprinkle some ground nutmeg on top (optional).
- ENJOY!
SPICY PUMPKIN VODKA INFUSION

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put the pumpkin on a silicone mat lined baking sheet and bake until just tender, about 20 minutes. Remove the pumpkin from the oven and set aside to cool.
- Pour the vodka into a bottle or large glass container. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon stick, vanilla beans and ginger. Let it sit for 1 week at room temperature, shaking gently every couple of days. Strain the infused vodka, through a fine mesh sieve and funnel it back into the original vodka bottle. Cap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Combine vodkas in bottle or other glass container. Add pumpkin meat and vanilla beans and let sit for 1 week. If necessary, when mixing cocktails strain the vodka as you pour it into the shaker. Consider using toasted pumpkin seeds or some of the vodka-soaked pumpkin as garnish.
