This is like drinking Pumpkin Pie in a martini glass but with a nice boozy kick. This cocktail has all your favorite Fall flavors. It's time to sit and sip the evening away.

1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground Ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground Cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground Nutmeg
(Or 4 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice)
1/4 cup Water, for dipping
3 part Vodka
2 part Baileys Pumpkin Spice
1 part Half and Half
1 part Pumpkin Pie Syrup (in the coffee section)
a pinch Ground Pumpkin Spice
1/2-1 cup Crushed Ice
Freshly Grated Nutmeg, garnishment, optional

Steps:

  • Mix together all the ingredients for the Spice Pumpkin Sugar for the rim.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of cold water in a saucer large enough dip a martini glass.
  • Add the Spice Pumpkin Sugar mixture to another large saucer.
  • Turn the martini glass upside down and dip the rim into the water. Shake excess water off.
  • Add all the wet ingredients for the cocktail into a cocktail shaker along with the pumpkin spice.
  • Add crushed ice. Shake Vigorously. Pour into spiced sugared rim martini glasses.
  • Sprinkle some ground nutmeg on top (optional).
  • ENJOY!

SPICY PUMPKIN VODKA INFUSION

2 cups raw kabocha or sugar pumpkin, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch chunks
3 cups vodka
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole vanilla beans
3 large pieces candied ginger, cut into long pieces

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Put the pumpkin on a silicone mat lined baking sheet and bake until just tender, about 20 minutes. Remove the pumpkin from the oven and set aside to cool.
  • Pour the vodka into a bottle or large glass container. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon stick, vanilla beans and ginger. Let it sit for 1 week at room temperature, shaking gently every couple of days. Strain the infused vodka, through a fine mesh sieve and funnel it back into the original vodka bottle. Cap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

1 1/2 cups (750 ml) Stolichnaya cinnamon vodka
3/4 cup (175 ml) Stolichnaya vanilla vodka
3/4 cup (175 ml) Stolichnaya vodka
2 whole vanilla beans
2 cups raw pumpkin meat, cut into 1/4-inch slices

Steps:

  • Combine vodkas in bottle or other glass container. Add pumpkin meat and vanilla beans and let sit for 1 week. If necessary, when mixing cocktails strain the vodka as you pour it into the shaker. Consider using toasted pumpkin seeds or some of the vodka-soaked pumpkin as garnish.

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla flavored vodka (such as Stoli®)
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey's®)
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger pumpkin flavored liqueur (such as Hiram Walker®)
1 cup ice cubes
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • Pour the vanilla flavored vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and pumpkin flavored liqueur into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg to serve.
