SPARKLING LEMONADE

Steps:
- In a small saucepan, heat sugar and water over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring frequently. Stir in lemon strips. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cool slightly. , Transfer to a pitcher. Stir in lemon juice; cover and refrigerate until chilled. Discard lemon strips. Stir in club soda. Serve over ice.

SPARKLING RASPBERRY LIMEADE

Steps:
- Add the sugar, raspberries and 1 cup water to a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Press the berries with the back of a wooden spoon so their juices leach into the mixture. Let sit and steep until cool. Strain, discarding the solids.
- Combine the cooled raspberry syrup, lime juice and club soda in a large pitcher. Pour into tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with the lime slices and a few extra berries.
SPARKLING ROSEMARY LIMEADE
Steps:
- Stir the lime juice with the sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Lower the heat and cook, stirring frequently, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the lime peel and the rosemary sprigs. Simmer for another minute, then turn off the heat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain out the lime peel and rosemary and mix with the chilled sparkling water in a sealed jar or bottle. Taste and add more water if you want a lighter flavor. Serve over ice with a small sprig of rosemary muddled into the drink.
SUMMERTIME SPARKLING LIMEADE
this sparkling limemade is a classic drink for the hot weather. To make margaritas with this recipe, simply replace the quart of seltzer water with 2 cups tequila, and salt the rims of the glasses. Serve over lots of ice. Makes 4 3/4 cups.

LIME ROSEMARY WATER
