1-1/2 cups uncooked multigrain bow tie pasta (about 4 ounces)
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, divided
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente; drain., Meanwhile, in a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook and crumble beef with 1/2 cup mushrooms, onion and green pepper over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Stir in seasonings and tomato sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 15 minutes. , Place pasta in an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with meat sauce and remaining mushrooms. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. , Bake, covered, 35 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes.

16 ounces spaghetti (cooked)
¼ cup fresh parsley
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
⅓ cup fresh parmesan cheese (shredded )
1 pound ground beef (or italian sausage)
1 small onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 green pepper (diced)
32 ounces pasta sauce
14.5 ounces diced tomatoes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Brown meat, onion, garlic, seasoning and green pepper over medium heat making sure to break up the meat very well. (Drain any fat if needed).
  • Add pasta sauce, Italian seasoning and tomatoes to meat. Simmer 5-10 minutes uncovered. Stir in spaghetti and parsley.
  • Spread into a 9x13 pan, top with cheeses and bake 25-30 minutes or until hot and cheese is browned and bubbly. Cut into squares to serve.

1 lb uncooked spaghetti
4 eggs
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter, cut into chunks
1 container (8 oz) cottage cheese
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (25.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic tomato basil pasta sauce
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
  • Cook spaghetti to al dente as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat eggs, parsley and Parmesan cheese with whisk. Drain spaghetti, and add it right back to the hot pot. Add the butter and the egg mixture to the spaghetti, and quickly toss until evenly coated and the eggs have formed a sauce. Add mixture to baking dish.
  • Add cottage cheese and cream cheese to the pot you tossed the spaghetti in, and mix until combined. Pour the cheese mixture directly over the spaghetti mixture, spreading it out in an even layer.
  • Heat 10-inch skillet (or use the pot you cooked the spaghetti in) over medium heat, and brown the beef, 5 to 8 minutes; drain. Remove from heat, and stir in the pasta sauce and cream. Spread mixture over cheese layer. Then add the mozzarella cheese in an even layer over top.
  • Place baking dish on large cookie sheet. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned on top. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve with fresh mozzarella and basil, if desired.

2 cups elbow macaroni
½ large green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
½ large onion, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 pound tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon dried basil
¾ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
1 cup beef broth

Steps:

  • Cook beef in large skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer beef to a bowl.
  • Cook macaroni, bell pepper, and onion in the same skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add cooked beef, tomato sauce, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, basil, oregano, ground black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and hot pepper sauce. Pour in beef broth. 1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce
2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce.
