12 graham crackers (approx. 2 1/3 packs, roughly broken up)
2/3 bag mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Fill an 8" cast iron skillet* with layers of graham crackers, chocolate chips, and marshmallows. Bake for 10-15mins or until marshmallows are golden (broil if desired).
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Banana S'more Nachos with Peanut Butter Sauce image

Nonstick cooking spray
8 graham crackers, broken into quarters
1 ripe banana, chopped
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 (10.5-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
1/2 milk
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray an 11 by 7-inch baking dish or a medium sized oval baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Layer half of graham crackers, chopped bananas, chocolate chips, and marshmallows into the baking dish. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake in for 10 to 12 minutes or until marshmallows have turned slightly golden and chocolate chips are melted.
  • For Sauce:
  • In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the milk and pumpkin pie spice. Once the milk is hot, whisk in peanut butter until well combined and smooth and let cook for another 3 minutes until thick. Drizzle sauce over top of baked S'more's.

Drizzle chocolate sauce over homemade cinnamon flavored tortilla chips, and top with miniature marshmallows to make this s'more inspired snack.

6 ounces Cinnamon Graham Crackers
5 each Mission® Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas
½ cup Butter, melted
1 (10 ounce) jar Chocolate sauce
1 ½ cups Miniature Marshmallows

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a food processor, process the graham crackers into fine crumbs. Cut each tortilla into 8 equal size wedges. Dip wedges into melted butter and then into cracker crumbs.
  • Spread out tortillas onto a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Turn chips over and bake for another 5 minutes or until golden.
  • Pile chips onto an oven safe platter, drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with marshmallows.
  • (Optional) Return platter to the oven until marshmallows are lightly browned.

3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Break each graham cracker into 4 pieces. Pile pieces in ungreased pie pan. DO NOT USE GLASS. Top with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Broil 6 inches from heat for 30 to 60 seconds or until marshmallows are puffed and golden, watching to prevent burning.
