S'MORE QUESADILLAS
In this Southern twist on a fireside classic, flour tortillas replace traditional graham crackers; be sure to buy the large size and portion out to guests after grilling.

- Heat a grill or grill pan. Place 4 tortillas on a clean work surface; scatter each with chocolate pieces and marshmallows. Place the 4 remaining tortillas on top, press them together to seal. Grill until tortillas are browned and chocolate and marshmallows are melted and gooey, about 30 seconds per side. Cut into wedges, and serve.
PEANUT BUTTER S'MORE QUESADILLAS

Steps:
- Spread 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter over half of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate morsels over peanut butter.
- Top with banana slices.
- Fold tortillas in half; press gently to flatten and seal.
- Brush both sides of tortilla with a little bit of oil.
- Put a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat on a camp stove, grill rack, or grate over an open fire.
- Place one quesadilla into skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and chocolate is melting.
- Repeat with other quesadilla.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Cut into wedges and serve.

- Spread chocolate hazelnut spread on tortilla and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs.
- Top with remaining ingredients on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over in half and transfer to a sprayed skillet over medium-high heat.
- Allow to cook 3-4 minutes until golden brown, flipping to cook both sides.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting into wedges.
