SMOKY BACON-SLOPPY JOE CUPS

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Brown meat with peppers and 1/2 cup onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add barbecue sauce, mustard and 1 cup cheese; stir. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is completely melted, stirring frequently.
- Separate biscuits; place in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press bottom of 1/2-cup dry measuring cup into top of each biscuit to make well, being careful to not press completely through biscuit. Spoon meat mixture into wells.
- Bake 15 min. or until biscuits are lightly browned. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 4 to 5 min. or until melted. Sprinkle with remaining onions.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic.
- Cook until vegetables are softened, about 7 minutes; push to side of the skillet, add ground beef and cook, stirring to break up clumps, until cooked through, about 7 minutes.
- Stir in the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes more.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on toasted buns.
