4 ounces Neufchatel cheese, room temperature
3 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh chives
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Coarse salt and ground pepper
24 butter crackers
6 thinly sliced radishes
4 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon

Steps:

  • Stir together cheese, chives, and horseradish; season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, spread cheese mixture on crackers and top with radishes and smoked salmon.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained,boned,flaked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon liquid smoke

Steps:

  • In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese at med.
  • speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy (2-3 min) Add salt, lemon juice, onion, and liquid smoke.
  • Continue beating until well mixed (1-2 min).
  • By hand, stir in salmon.
  • Spoon into serving bowl and serve with crackers.
  • Store refrigerated.
  • Garnish with chives, green onions, olives, pimiento, etc.
  • to taste.

16 ounces salmon, drained, bones removed, flaked
pecans, chooped
fresh parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • in small bowl beat cream cheese at medium speed, scraping bowl often until light and fluffy.
  • add salt, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke and horseradish. continue beating until well mixed.
  • by hand stir in salmon.
  • spoon into serving bowl. if desired garnish with peacans and parsley.
  • serve with crakers, store refrigerated.
